All our grating are made of Q235 Mild Steel, and forge welded by automatic welding pressing machine, see the video clip at bottom.

Specifications

We supply to orders with availability of varietal load bar pitch and cross bar pitches upon request; and in plain or serrated tread and in different bar thickness. We also able to custom manufacture grating profiles to suit project specific requirements

All our steel grating system come with hot-dip zinc galvanized, therefore with it suitable for all kind application environment, either indoor or outdoor with corrosive resistance.
